Commission process:

DISCLAIMER

  • Commissions are exclusively made using natural bone as the medium.

  • Production timeline is typically 3-4 weeks for completion, starting from date of deposit.

  • Handmade items naturally have unique imperfections, adding to the special character of each piece.

  • Product images and sizing perceptions may vary, depending on the device from which you are viewing.

  • Each item is truly one-of-a-kind; no two are identical.

  • The final piece will showcase the artist's interpretation of the details discussed and agreed upon with the customer.

  • Hinengge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer who is disrespectful or unreasonable about their order.

  • All sales are final once the item is purchased; no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place due to the costs of materials, my time, and the potential loss of time and revenue.

  • Hinengge holds ownership of this custom design and retains the right to reuse and repurpose it.

What happens after form is submitted?

  1. You will receive a consultation email from me containing drawings and details based on the information you provided in the order form. Once you approve, we will finalize the design together.

  2. Once the design is finalized, you will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit. Paying this deposit will begin the creation of your piece.

  3. When your commissioned piece is complete, you will receive a final email with photos. I can still make adjustments to the carvings before shipping, so it's important to communicate any change requests at this stage.

  4. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order, before it is shipped. You will receive a tracking number once it has been sent.

  5. As I operate my business independently, I kindly request your patience while I take the necessary time to ensure your order is crafted with care. Sen dångkulu na si Yu’os ma’åse for this opportunity to create for you.
